Roger Pencek

Roger Pencek began his career in corporate finance, leading mergers and acquisitions work at General Motors and International Harvester. That institutional training shaped the disciplined, confidential approach he would later bring to car wash transactions.
In 1985 Roger founded ABI LLC and Car Wash Brokers Inc., focusing the firm exclusively on car wash acquisitions. Over the four decades since, he has personally confirmed more than 800 closings and built a national network of licensed agents who carry the same standard of representation across up to 14 states.
His operating expertise is matched by his standing in the courtroom. Roger has testified in federal and civil proceedings on car wash valuations, business failures, and loan workouts, and he has served as an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate.
